Witness Appeal – Mesothelioma Case

Access Buildings – Southend-On-Sea

We are currently bringing a mesothelioma claim for a family who sadly lost their Uncle to the condition in 2015.

It is understood that the deceased came to be exposed to asbestos when working as a Catering Manager for Access in their offices based in Southend-On-Sea.  The deceased worked in the Ecko building which was located on Priory Crescent.  We understand the Ecko building was extensively refurbished in the early 1980’s.

It is vital to speak to others who worked at the site and who may be able to comment on the possible presence of asbestos in the building .Therefore, we are interested in speaking to former workers at Access who may be able to provide evidence on the renovation works and the presence of asbestos in the building generally.

If you require assistance in pursuing a mesothelioma claim or believe you have a valid claim for asbestos compensation arising out of any other diagnosis, please contact us today on our number 01565 865 220 Alternatively, email us at info@aegis legal.co.uk and we will be in touch.
